I spoke to Charlie yesterday and he said they are "wide open"

Charlie said they are extremely busy. Good for PCGS!! Seems a lot of confidence still exists. He said that there was a show next week which should make them busier. Sounds like they are doing all they can do keep up with the submissions.

    PS: Russ is my Kennedy mentor! The one dam_ one I found, which looked beautiful to me was graded proof 64.
