Did I tell you that I figured out how to completely remove milk spots with no visible trace and no damage to the surface of the coin? Bwuahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mike921 asked a question about accented hair Kennedy halves and I don't think anyone answered. I'll ask again: what is an accented hair Kennedy half?
Are they rare? They must be, since Russ only has 58 of them. That's like 0.0000000000000001% of the 1964 total mintage.
