Submission form has only 2 service levels!!!,Pre65 or post 65

What am I doing wrong? I don't use pre 65 $30/coin or post 65 $12 per coin service levels. When I try to get a submission form those are the only 2 grading levels that are on the form. How am I going to submit coins/Pcgs make money if I can't get the correct form?

An email that your membership is about to expire would be nice, anyone at PCGS taking notes?

Best thing to do is call them. They'll mail out some forms to you.

Thanks NWCS, but I just renewed online. Freaked out when I could not get the form I needed.

I think you are using the form for the silver member level rather than the gold.

Happened to me too. Once your (gold) membership expires, you revert to "silver" level and that form is the only one that will come up for you. Once you renew (at "gold" or higher) you'll have access to the full range of services again.
