PCGS dealer submissions?

What kind of volume as a dealer do you need to get reduced rates?
I assume if a shop became a pcgs submission place that they would have to get something for being the middle man.

What are those rates? Can anyone share that? Just curious image

    I heard that about a year ago PCGS sent around a letter to the smaller dealers telling them that if they didn't do $1000 in submissions a year that they would be dropped or forced to pay a fee to be an authorized dealer.
