This Walker leaves me feeling a little green. . .

I was browsing eBay and came across this auction for a 1917 obverse "D" Walker. With the photo supersized, doesn't this appear to be a good example of PVC residue? I hope the high bidder doesn't fall for the "white coin with no dark spots, nicks, or dings" line and bid up above reserve! Makes me green just thinking about it. . .

P.S. Oh yea, here is the auction.

Boy what a steal this could be - an altered coin with PVC damage - I know silver is going up, but this could be a costly purchase

I am sure the bidder on the coin is hoping I am wrong and that the green colors is not evidence of PVC or circulation caused toning but possible storage caused toning.
I see the high points showing some evidence of circulation and would have trouble grading it mint state.
