PCGS IS GOOD...Submission results: Frankies, Rosy's and Washington Quarters

I submitted a large group coins consisting of a few Lincoln cents and Jefferson nickels along with a bunch of Roosevelt dimes, Washington quarters and Franklin half dollars from original double mint sets. I got the first group back a couple of weeks ago and the last group today. Although I am going to resubmitt about a dozen coins for review (out of a total of 216 coins graded)...PCGS did a great job overall in terms of both accuracy and consistency.

I couldn't see the last invoice, but the first two were killers. Great submissions. Were they from one group of sets, or did you cherrypick? Lot's of FBL's and 66-67 coins.
and it sets us apart from practitioners and consultants. Gregor
Congratulations on the MS66FLB's that you scored (1948 & 49). I was kinda surprised that the 56-58 halves didn't do so well. Lots of 66's but very few FBL's - did they miss something or were they just average strikes?

A few of the late Frankies are going in for review. Some of the others are real close to FBL -- but no cigar in my book. A couple of the earlier Washinton's should be in 67 holders and a couple of the Rosy's are legitimate 68's so they're going in as well.
These coins all came from the same group of super high quality original double mint sets. Invoices 3030784 and 3030785 consisted of singles I cherrypicked out of the sets -- then I decided to submitt the balance of the coins as a bulk deal with minimum grades noted on the invoice. It turned out to be a cool deal because these sets hadn't already been picked over.
I'll have the scans done and begin listing coins on Ebay following the FUN show.
Best Regards,
Mike

Great returns. Let me know when you send that stuff up to the slaughter house (EBAY) I might need that 51-S 50 center.
