Type 1, Type 2, or Type 3? Which one is FS#17? In any event, that is one valuable submission.

From a PCGS standpoint, only 14 have been graded in MS66 RD, with none higher. They list 3 for the Type 1, 10 for the Type 2 and 1 for the Type 3.

I don't know anything about Lincolns, but it seems to me that nailing three of these on one submission is like winning the grading lotto!

  • Russ,

You were mistaking this for the 1936 DDO. These are 1939's and equally as rare but they don't a different coin #, they are just included in the POP's as a variety. Kind of a shame since I would really like to know the POP on these.
