in PSA Set Registry Forum
Will all submissions postmarked on or prior to Jan 15th be accepted or do they have to recieve by January 15th? Thanks!

    I'm pretty sure postmarked by the 15th will get it done. I know I did that before with no problems.

    I wondered the same thing myself. I called PSA and customer service said postmarked.

    For the 60's, 70's, 80's special I sent out almost 400 cards postmarked on the final day - and true to their word - they went in no problem whatsoever...
