Question About PCGS and NCS and Coin Shows.

Will PCGS and NCS look at coins at the shows, like FUN, and answer questions as to why a coin was given a specific grade (PCGS)? Or will NCS tell me if a coin I want to have "cleaned" can be done?

Or, do I need to submit the coins to the services and wait a month for them to be returned?
