Hi Guys,
I have about 500 cards from 1959 all in psa 8 will no qualifiers that I am thinking about selling.
I have all of the biggies except for the #1 Ford Frick and #550 Roy Campanella.
What would be the best way to sell them- as an entire lot or to break them up?
Should I auction them through Mastro or Superior or use ebay?
Would I be better off finishing off the set complete and putting it up for auction?
Any input would help my decision making process.
Regards,

If you want someone to blow them out for you, I'd put them up for you individually on eBay (each auction with a 96-dpi scan), with opening bids that would guarantee that they'd sell the first time, and handle money collection and shipping, for a flat fee or a trivial percentage of the net.

I have an idea that has worked extremely well for me. I have broken up 1954 and 1952 Topps PSA 7 sets. Please email cowart@mindspring.com for details.

i'm gonna dump my 9s.
Based on what my needs are in the set, I would estimate I could take half of your cards and perhaps pay you a premium to smr. Compared with ebay, you will eliminate the fees and the big time investment and probably make out just as well financially. Versus an auction house, you eliminate their commission and I think again will do just as well. Please let me know.
