o.k. eagle 7, heres what i found out 1st. mr hall in his email answer which right now is still up on the 2nd page of my request for info. on tips is as follows; if the coin is agreed to down grade then p.c.g.s. will give you the choice of selling it to them at the current [market] price of the grade it was before downgrading and they keep the coin or reslabing the coin at the new lower grade and paying you the difference between the [market value] of the old grade and the new grade and giving you your coin back. charlie in my phone call told me that i didn't have to be a paying member of the service to submit the coin directley to p.c.g.s. and said that for those that have a printer they could simply copy a submission form off the sight and send it along with the coin to p.c.g.s. registered and insured [he said he prefers the post office over the delivery services] for those that don't have printers you may call p.c.g.s. and ask for a form to be mailed to you. he told me if i had any more questions i could call p.c.g.s. and ask for ext. 141 to speak to him directley. also i asked about the cost and the turn around time. first, charlie said a check of 25 dollars should be sent with the coin to p.c.g.s. for any regrade submission which will be refunded if the coin certifies to a different grade. as far as turn around time charlie seemed reluctant to give me an answer, because he said david hall himself looks at all the regrades and he's not available to go in the grading area every day. i finally pinned charlie down to saying less then to months. the one thing i forgot to ask was when i'm ready to mail them my coin who and what department i should adress it to? hope that helps eagle 7. barberlover
