i was told by pcgs it will be listed in the dave hall newletter they e-mail around haven't seen it yet but they have the Indain or did not sure on the cut off date on the Indain image coin
I was told on the phone that it has to be on a separate form, and return shipping and insurance would then apply for the one coin.I sent other coins in the box.Did they lie to me two times?
Last year they had one for any 1909 Lincoln. I had a 1909S graded MS65RD that was the S over horizontal S, but wasn't attributed. That was a nice way of getting the attribution without the cost. I also sent it in at a show and only had to pay return shipping.
O Canada! From the mighty moose (on the quarter) to the diving goose (on the dollar of 1967) the coins of Canada have always been extremely popular with collectors around the world. For this quarter (January 1-March 31, 2003) Gold and Platinum members of the PCGS Collectors Club can submit any one Canadian coin for free certification by the world’s number one grading service, PCGS. Your only expense will be the cost of postage. Your free Collectors Club coin will be certified through our Regular Service, which takes approximately three weeks.
Now the mystery is solved! And I suppose I now need to go and find me a nice Canadian coin to submit. I wish I had a nice gold one like Shiro's, though.
Oh great, that makes sense. Special of the quarter has to be submitted through the regular service level, but it's a foreign coin. So I guess I can't submit it with other foreign coins, because that would be a different service level, the world coin service level. Yep, sure clears things up for me
So I sent in my freebie Sacagawea, a modern, with other moderns on invoice 3042620. Put it last on form and marked it as "special of the quarter". PCGS charged me for grading it. Not falling for that scam again.
Executive Summary: To take advantage of the "special of quarter" free grading, you must submit a foreign coin under the regular service level, which is for US coins only. Failure to follow this proceedure will result in a charge for service

If so they put online versions here
The last one is dated 12/31/02 but dosen't mention the free submission.
It can be on the same form with other coins. You just need to note that it's the quarterly freebie, and it needs to be the same tier as the others.
