Placid,
Could it be the seller made an honest mistake? The Plastic says 62 all the way. If I was bidding, I would bid on the coin and not the auction title.

Looks MS-63 to me. Maybe the seller is saying that it's a 63, but it's in a PCGS 62 holder. Still, they should not put "PCGS" in front of the MS-63. Nice coin.

Looks like an honest mistake (or wishful thinking) on the part of the seller. He also lists an 1891CC in MS62 that he has listed correctly.
