As always the coin looks MUCH better than the scan. For some reason I'm having trouble scanning this one.

Nice Clean fields and Lots of original luster.

any luster or shine always disappears when I scan coins, I think it is better to photograph them, but I am very lousy there as well...

Nice piece JM - the combination of the poor strike and the lack of dings helps make the picture the way it does. Notice how the characteristic frost breaks appear on the back - that's not something you'll pick up very readily with the naked eye. Should be a solid 65!

I didn't post the grade (yet) to try and avoid the "it's not graded by PCGS" so it's not what the slab says thing that happens around here quite a bit.

From my limited experience I think that it has a good shot of crossing to a PCGS holder.
I'm going to try anyway.

The "Haze" on the cheek and the bell are on the holder...not the coin..

Here is a pic of a raw on I have, a solid strike on this coin. Sharp upper row of Bell Lines and a sharp Pass and Stow.
