Teletrade is confusing me! What do you think?

Ok, feature this: Teletrade auction #1670 (coming up Jan. 6th) has a lot I'll quote to you: <i>"1936 Deleware NGC 65: Brilliant with a trace of light gold, good strike & luster, good eye appeal. This comes with a Breen Document stating this is a Satin Proof. Breen #7556 and is rare, this information is not on the holder".</i>
That is lot1560.
Now, for lot 1600 (same auction): <i>"1982-D Washington PCGS 64: White with a few miniscule specks, good strike and luster, light semi-circle scratch in the reverse field."</i>
Guess which one comes with a photograph? Right! The ten dollar Modern. Now, wouldn't you think it would serve Teletrade and the consigner well to have his Deleware photographed? I would think a possible proof (with a mintage of 50 or so!) would warrant that vs the 1982-D Washington.
What do you think?
And, just in case you think it might be a single error, check out lot 1572. Another coin that screams for a photo where there is none.

I think that tells you something about the quality of the coins and the people behind TeleTrash.
When the auction Greg mentions, with the pictured MS63's, was current, I happened to call Teletrade about another issue. I spoke with a very nice person there and asked exactly the question you ask: Why are cheap coins (MS63 Ikes) photographed and expensive coins not? The answer I received was two-fold: 1) I don't know, and 2) We are aiming ultimately to photograph everything. Personally, I didn't think much of 2) as an answer to the question and answer 1) left me dangling.
I think it's your turn to call and ask the question!

You've had even better success than I have. At least you got unsatisfactory answers from a live person! When I called on an unrelated matter a couple weeks ago I was sent to voice mail hell!

I probably talked with a live person because I owed Teletrade money. Try bidding in one of their auctions and then not noticing that you won. After a couple of weeks, Teletrade will be most willing to talk to you.

A picture of that item MAY appear before the date of the auction
P.S. From looking over the financials of GregManning corporation behind Teletrade - if I remember correctly, they lost 16 million bucks last year ( including all of their worldwide stuff - stamps/sportscards/other junk - hey kind of reminds me of CU - don't know/forget their focus and diversify to the point requiring major reorganization and/or bankrupcy)
As far as I can tell, they cater to the buyer more than the seller -> that is why they offer such a generous return priveledge -> each return adds another 3 months until seller gets paid
