I Hate Game Used Football Cards...

When I say that I mean the ones with piece of the Football in them. Here's why...

#1 - They don't book good.
#2 - Majority of them are multi-colored so people want extra in BV.

any kind of ball cards suck...its "game used" cause the player may have touched it? give me a friggen break...but look on the bright side, its better than base, wall, dirt, and all that other garbage.

Game Used cards are way too mass produced, there are way too many sets, and this is way more advanced collectors steer clear of modern junk. There is just no long term value in a Game Used Marshall Faulk 7th year jersey card for example. Give me his SP rookie and a certified autograph. That's the only two cards of Faulk that have long term value in my opinion for that particular player and many others.

It would have long term value, if there weren't twenty other sets carrying the same 7th year jersey(but not as much as an auto or sp rc)

I use to go after everything a few years ago, i use to have like 40+ GU, now i just go after the really good stuff. Now i just collect cards booking $150, mainly of star/legend players, just cards i know can hold value..other stuff like rare Rc cards of present rcs i dont go after cause after a bad year, they go down like 50% and ive lost out big time..
