look at the start and end date of the auction.... looks like the seller ended the auction early, but forgot to cancel the bids. Under ebay rules he is now obligated to sell at that price... sucks to be him.

Naw...might have made a private deal with the current high bidder and ended it with him as a highest bidder. That's what I usually do to exchange feedback.
