I got a kick out of the fact that these guys sat down in a room together, thought about it very carefully and then apparently decided that a name which includes the word 'mistrust' was the very best name they could come up with for their company to connote accuracy, integrity and trustworthiness.
"Choice luster and strike" on a Sesqui is indeed rare. This is just another example of these two elusive qualities being totally absent. On top of it all, as if being in an NTC holder wasn't enough, it has the ugliest toning existent for this coin. The most weakly struck of all the classic commems, choice strike is usually found only in EDS coins and even then it's weak and lackluster. If this coin truly displayed choice strike and luster in a TRUE MS-65 grade you might just as well throw away the price guides as people pay incredible premiums for those qualities in this issue.
At the same time, I'd grade this coin at least 3 points lower just for being in an NTC holder. In my experience, there are a lot of sliders residing in NTC MS holders and those in the MS-63 to MS-65 grades usually barely make MS-60. Singapore is right on the money...MIS-trust NuMIStrust.
I bought a Sesqui raw for $300, really liked the luster with even toning. Sent it to NGC and came back in a bag for artificial toning. Sent it to Anacs and they graded it MS 62 with no net grading or anything!

Shrewd.
By the way I think that coin is about a 62.
