Should a dealer or seller respect the opinion of the buyer, accept the return and refund his money?

Here's the senario; A buyer receives a coin from an auction he won. The buyer realizes the coin he received does not match the description of the coin described by the seller in the auction. As a matter
of fact, the description given by the seller is actually an overkill description of the coin and the coin fails miserably. The buyer calls the seller on this but the seller refuses to accept the return and refuses to refund his money. So I give you the question; Should the seller respect the buyers opinion and accept the return of the coin and refund his money?

The more qualities observed in a coin, the more desirable that coin becomes!
