Your bank can get boxes of coins in various denominations - sometimes they charge a fee and sometimes they don't - I don't know if the same applies to bags.
You used to be able to get bags from the banks, but since coins don't come out of the mint in bags any more, that idea is nix. They now come in much larger boxes - for instance cents went from a $50 bag to a $4000 box. There is at least a chance that you could find out which of your local banks (or in a city nearby) does the counting and rolling of coins, and go to them and ask if they have any "bags" of coins...they will likely sell you whatever they have, knowing they no longer have to count and roll them.
I was able to get sealed bags of cents from my bank up until this year. Anything I wanted they could order as long as it was current year material. Darn, and I wanted a bag of 43S steelies.
Actually they do still come form the mint in bags, but the bags are much bigger now. You would have to have a forklift to handle a current bag. They tend to have roughly 20 times the number of coins an old bag did. For example a quarter bag now contains 80,000 coins and weighs just about right at 1000 pounds.
Sometimes I'm tempted to try and get a bag of cents. It's 100,000 coins and only weighs 550 pounds. I'm just a block from the bank, and I have a forklift here!
