1892 columbian commem graded ms-64 PL? i have never seen one that was even close to proof like before so i'm just asking is this a very rare coin or is it somthing that could be found with a little searching.

What company graded it?
Ngc has graded 114 in 64pl,52 in 65,9 in 66 and 1 67.
For non pl 1340 in 64.
So I guess about 10 times as rare as non pl.

yes Russ it was graded MS-64 PL in a NGC slab.

About 2 years ago I bought a Coumbian 1892 NGC 64 PL for $230. One just sold on ebay for $331. I see them offered once in a while for $450.
