    I've never seen one of his coins that wasn't either overgraded or overpriced.....stopped calling a long time ago. He's still in business so others must disagree!

    I got it, too. His inventory is a far cry from the golden days of yor! Lots of circ stuff, non rarities... the catalog didn't even have the 1884 trade $ that's advertised on his website with a charcoal drawing instead of a color photo! image

    The coin that caught my eye was the AU 1804 quarter. And then, I saw the price...... image

    Interesting to note comics, as some of the naysayers in comicland say he's going to ruin the high-end market for the best of the golden age books with all his $$$.

    Who knows? I have seen him getting some classic, problem-free collector pieces lately on ebay - stuff like a real nice G-6 '01-S quarter, a nifty 1871 cent in EF-45. Small potatoes to him - more along the max I'm able to ever spend, for me! image
