Now, this kind of stuff really irritates me.

$18 worth of coins now over $52. Why? Because in the auction description the sellers says "1964 PROOF SET , THE KENNEDY HALF DOLLAR HAS A HEAVY HAIR DO", meaning the Accented Hair. Why does this irritate me? Because she knows it is not.
When this auction first went live, I had her send me a closeup of the proof JFK. When I thanked her for sending it, she eMailed back and specifically asked if it was the Accented Hair variety. I told her it wasn't, yet she made no effort to be forthcoming in the auction.

The problem is that by phrasing the listing the way she did, she avoided crossing the line in to fraud. She could simply claim that by "heavy hair do" she just meant the coin has a good strike. Plenty of people already think that's what creates an Accented Hair variety.
