What a waste of a good coin... People who do that should be shot as sunrise every day for a week!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

Maybe got bodybagged everywhere else - possible corrosion/hairline scratches/altered surfaces
ACG says it is PR50 so what does that tell you? as if they have a standards book for proof coins that had less than 30 minted.
Possibly the owner felt an ACG was better than no slab at all to help maintain condition.
I wonder if NCS could make it look lots better.

Escape from Accu-Gag.. Personally I am not all that crazy about that coin. So IMHO Accu-Crap can call it , it's own!

ACG says it is PR50 so what does that tell you? as if they have a standards book for proof coins that had less than 30 minted.
