    Just looks like a dark circle. They could have done much better with their photo quality....like actually taking a photo instead of a horrid scan.

  • I wish I could see this one in person. I'm not convinced it's an S-81. I'm leaning more towards S-88. It is very hard to tell though because S-81, 82, and 83 all share the same obverse and S-88 is very similar in placement of LIBERTY. It looks to me like the spacing of the ER is wrong for the S-81 obverse though. Unfortunately I can't make out the date in the scans. The date placement on those two obverses are noticably different.
