Here's a thought....

PCGS changes the rules again and grades no more coins PR70DCAM (deserving or not)...now how much will people pay for those 68 coins in PR70DCAM? (and yes I said how much will they pay...not how much are they worth on purpose)

Let me throw out another "what if" ----

what if PCGS continues to recognize pr70dcam coins but the mint does not produce any more because it gets sloppy??

but let me raise another question? how many pr70's is pcgs slabbing among "older" coins, such as pre-1965 coins??

I stick solely to proofs and uncirculated sets. Only other way to get a SQ for me is in change. Interesting that some pocket change SQs will be better looking than a uncirculated set quarter. So I continue to hoard SQ as much as I can.
