These Coins are not Proof. How do they get away with this!

    The seller added a disclaimer in his description after someone informed him that these may not be proofs.

    It certainly points out once again to be very careful in your eBay dealings.

    Doesn't know the difference between proof and MS coins, but then calls them Gem BU, as only a collector or dealer would.
