Submissions to NGC through Amazon.com

Usually to submit to NGC you have to be a member of Collectors' Society but when I was browsing through amazon.com I noticed that anyone can submit to NGC through the link they give you with a 10% discount.

    New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

    This can also be done through E Bay. I send all my coins in this way and have found NGC very prompt in returning my coins.Snakeimage

    They must hide it or something because I use ebay alot more than Amazon and it wasn't very hard to find on there. Do they give you the 10% discount on ebay??
