    1964 Topps Giant Mantle
1956 Topps Mays, all the 1956 cards were works of art (I like the 1962 Topps also)
1957 Topps Snider (because of the Ebbets background)

I wonder when the phrase "Willie, Mickey, and the Duke" began. Too bad Topps never had a combo card entitled that with the lot of them.

    Mickey...duh
    Willie 1957
    Duke 1955
    Frank

Always looking for 1957 Topps BB in PSA 9!

I think the phrase began because all three were center fielders in NY...
In terms of appearance I'd have to go with:
    1965 Topps Mays...
    1956 Mantle
    1952 Snider

I think the term began with the song composed by Terry Cashman by the same name.

    Mays-1971 Kelloggs
    Mantle-1961 TSN All Star
Snider-As a Giant fan, I can't admit that there is a 'best looking card' of Snider.
Strong buyer of 1970 Kelloggs Football & 1971 Kelloggs Baseball and Football. Please help me find cards!
I have a few hundred extra PSA graded 1971 Kellogg's cards. E-mail for price list. Looking for 1970 Topps Supers in PSA 9 too.

The best Mantle that's on nobody's list is the '52 Bowman. Overshadowed by '52 Topps, it's still a great card.

I don't know about Snider -- I haven't see all of his cards. I like the '53 Bowman Color, it's just a nice portrait of him standing there holding a bat.

Mays I don't pay that much attention to. How about '57 Topps?

I was getting worried as I read down the lists because no one had mentioned the 1953 Topps Mantle. Thank you, lapremidi.

As for Mays, his 52 or 53 Topps card is nice. However, I saw a high grade 51 Bowman that looked REAL nice.

Don't know enough Duke cards from memory but a quick check of my wall has a 51 Red Back hanging there. That'll have to do--at least it's not hideous.

1959 Topps #461 Mantle 42nd HR (horizontal card, great artwork)
1959 Topps #467 Snider's Great Catch (3 panel pane. Again, great moment, great card!)

PS. If anyone's interested, I'm probably going to list them tonight on ebay (free listings!) Or just send me an email (anjcollection@hotmail.com)
