I had looked at and analyzed that one right after it was listed and decided to take a pass because I don't think it is the Accented Hair variety. If it is, it is a VERY weak strike.
Here's a side-by-side of that coin with an Accented Hair:
Note that the hair that forms the wishbone on the left side is longer on the AH variety, and also that the coin in the auction lacks the "cluster" of hairs to the right. Also the "G" in FG on the reverse appears to have serifs. It would be straight on the AH.

This same seller had also listed this one calling it an Accented Hair. I eMailed him to let him know it wasn't, and he ended the auction.
