I was at meijer and decided to buy 10 packs. I searched for 15 minutes looking stupid going through every pack trying to find the thickest. I bought 2003 ovation(3), hhp(4) 2003 ud(3)

all i pulled around decent was these

2003 topps jiri welsh rc
2003 upper deck casey jacobson star rc

i never pulled an auto or jersey in any pack or box.

i probably bought atleast 40 packs this year and 2 boxes.... I have the worst luck

I find you don't pull crap from buying single packs (unless high end like SP Game used etc). Buying boxes is the way to go. At least you know you will get an auto, GU etc.

meijer is the best place to buy retail packs. When i collected i always bought a ton there. But i kind of know a way to cheat the system there at meijer.

it is hard to see a nice spx pack at the store calling my name though, If its a nice pack they have, i might buy it. But i waste over 50 a month on packs that i pull nothing. My best pull today was worth 1.25 cents. OUT OF 10 packs!

I know! I feel you, thats why I asked for boxes of cards for X-Mas, insted of individual packs. After pulling nothing but crap GU'ed(2 that were worth $10 a piece)last year for X-Mas with just packs and pulling two GU'ed for my birthday out of two boxes(Bonds auto/jersey and Tankersly auto/jersey)....well you see the difference
