Well Allen it looks like you and I are in the same situation; of course, since I bid on several of the auctions but only won 3, I expect to be able to pay for and receive them all. These are binding auctions, BECKETTSUCKS, so deal with them as such or face the music; considering simultaneous complaints to Ebay Investigations from Allen and I are liable to get you suspended INDEFINITELY from Ebay, I suggest you play nice...
Kobe Who? At least Dwyane pays proper respect to Da Big Aristotle
Well lookie at this; I'm sure he puts me in the mean and vindictive category, which I deeply resent because I am simply wanting what I bid on and rightfully won and told him as such, letting him know that I WILL get what is owed, or HE will. Not to mentioned he jacked up the shipping rates from what was posted on the auction in some sort of cheap effort to recover his "losses". He doesn't even have all the auctions I won listed! Grrrrrrrr...
While I do not wish to sell this card at this price some have threatened to have me suspended from eBay so I am going to offer this card to you for your bid. While some have been very nice and understanding others have been very mean and vindictive What bothers me the most is some people want me to sell even though they know I will be losing all the time and energy I spent putting into this collection and losing out on money as well. I can kinda see why the card industry is where it is at now.
This same email is going out to everyone, for those that were kind and understanding I thank you and would really like to sell you the cards, for those that were mean and wanted me to get reported and suspended well I hope you enjoy your card knowing what you have done.

Wow, it amazes me how this degenerate is trying to make the winners of his auctions seem like the bad guys and make himself out to be the innocent victim. I hope he isn't actually blind enough to see it that way

Hey could you guys forward those emails to me at NikeAnd1_02@yahoo.com.Even if he delivers he needs to be booted anyway for being a jackass. And he obviously has no clue how auctions work so it'll probably do us all a favor in the long run to rid eBay of him.
I bet you he's not a very honest buyer as well.probably one of those dirtbags that bids on many of the same thing then when they end he only pays for the one that he gets cheapest.Good luck getting your stuff and please forward me those emails.
And I would think/hope that most would avoid trading with this dude.Once a dirtbag always a dirtbag.

Why should anyone cares what happens to you?.You made an ass of yourself and you tried to screw these guys. You can go play in traffic for all I care about ya,Thats just me though.Had I bid and you pulled that sh*& with me I'd get the cards then leave you a neg. and still try and get you booted.
Dishonesty comes in several different flavors,You merely served up one form of it on these guys why should anyone ever trust you on anything?
I will combine shipping charges on multiple lot winners.
I read on Ebay that a seller can charge their own amount for Shipping AND HANDLING. If the auction states a rate for shipping (and not handling) then the rate charged must be the same as it costs to ship the item. I am going to contact eBay to see what they have to say in the matter.
Whatever dude, you were the one who wanted to be a jerk about this. You don't care that I am losing money on these and have threatened to report me and get me suspended.
So again I treat people how they treat me. The nice people got a break on shipping and the mean people didn't. It's that simple.
No. I am simply trying to get what is due. Instead, you give me this sob story about how you're losing money (boo-f'ing-hoo cry yourself a river and then drown in it why don't you) and then quote me jacked-up shipping rates. I DO NOT feel one iota bad or guilty about being straightforward about what you are doing and what I WILL do if things do not go as they should. Just sell me my three auctions, with $2.50 shipping (honestly, it costs me $.83 to ship 3 cards, $1.25-1.50 after toploaders and bubble envelope), and we'll be great, handshakes, positive feedback and all But if not...
Kobe Who? At least Dwyane pays proper respect to Da Big Aristotle
If you could do the same for me it would be great. It would save us both alot of time. Nothing would make me happier than to send you the closing bids plus $2.50 for shipping. So what do you say?
I have decided to sell and have sent both Allen, bjork73 and everyone else their totals. If they chosse to pay that's fine, if they choose not to pay thats fine as well.
You two didn't and still don't seem all that concerned and actually think its kinda funny that I am losing on these auctions. Even wih the shipping charges it still doesn't come out to what I paid.
From the feedback from othes who have posted I guess selling things for less than they paid is pretty common. I however have never done so, these are the first cards I have taken a loss on. If anyone sells any card for less than they paid, well hat's just dumb.
they dont find it funny that you are losing money on the auctions... they just want their end upheld. simple as that. i have been buying and selling on ebay for a while now also... I have lost my share of money in certain deals. you take that risk anytime you put up an auction w/o a reserve. but whether you win or lose... that winning bid is a legal contract, which must be upheld. the buyer has every right to be upset if you refused to sell just b/c you are losing money.

I can't believe all the debate over this. If you put an item up for auction there is always the chance you will not get what you have into the item unless you take measures to prevent it. You didn't take those precautions so you honor those auctions, take your lumps and learn from them.
Allen and Bjork have every right to be PO'd that you not honoring your end of the auction and shouldn't be concerned that you are losing money. It's not their fault and they are wanting you to uphold your end of the transaction.
If they overbid on an item and sent an e-mail saying they wouldn't be paying because they are paying more than they meant, wouldn't you be PO'd?

When you sell them the normal way you don't usually sell them for a lot less than what you pay for. When you put them on an auction you take that chance.

I truly hate to be like that but do not like being taken advantage of.
I am through with eBay and for those that say they sell for less than they pay, well that's just dumb.
