Thank you, I guess i still don't know what to look for exactly. To me this one looks like a good strike with lots of hair detail.

Check one of Russ`s past threads on AH. There needs to be a v shape over his ear and a truncated I. If I remember correctly.

The Accented Hair variety isn't like Full Bell Lines on a Franklin, or Full Bands on a Merc. It's not caused by a good strike, but is rather a completely different obverse die than the regular variety.
