How hard is it to get a DMPL designation on Morgans?

I have looked at numerous Morgan's recently which sure appears DMPL to me, but what would PCGS think? Is there any finalizer or something else that I would use to gauge this designation?

Don't know for sure what PCGS uses to determine DMPL - but rule of thumb is reflectivity ( mirror image ) at 4 to 6 inches.

Take something with black letters move it 6 inches away if you can see the letters CLEAR in the coin it is DMPL

Read newsprint @ 6" for DMPL. Has to be from all directions too.
