Restoration and grading

I have a nice DCAM 61 pf Franklin which has a few light spots on it. Which service offers restoration and grading. What does the restoration cost? (I'm trying to avoid the word cleaning!!!)

This is what you should do in this case, I am about to give you some very honest and well thought out advice, so consider Lucille's opinion and avoid all the trouble makers. Okay, here is what I have to say:

JUST MAIL THE HALF TO ME AND FORGET ABOUT THE WHOLE THING!

    Numismatic Conservation Services

They charge 1% of FMV for evaluation and 1.5% of FMV for conservation.
