........the pcgs guide is usually off, but i remember a thread this past summer where another member was selling some 65FBL franklins and he said his hope was to get about 60% of the PCGS price guide list. that works out here for slightly more than the Numismedia price.
looking at the scan, it's "shakey" around all the lettering on the holder and on the devices, also. i've had that problem when trying to edit pictures, so you may want to ask the seller for another scan via e-mail, unedited. otherwise, it looks like a very bright, brilliant proof.
........yeah Placid, maybe you better BIN before Lucille gets wind of it!!!
this seller has another coin that i hesitated on with the BIN, and when i went back someone had already bid to kill it. DOH!!!!! now i'll end up spending a bit more. i guess it's true, he who hesitates is lost.
I think that is a decent price for a pr6859. This is from the same seller that ol Rick T. smoked me on the pr69... The pr69 kinda had the same coloring in the coin, this maybe due to the scanner........ The seller does say the coin is untoned and the toning is a result from the scanner...

It's OK - if you looked hard you could get one for $70.
(It's not toned - it's the scanner)
