Need advice on this G$1

Esteemed colleagues and those who know far more than I about all that glitters...

I am looking for an 1849 gold $1 with open wreath as part of my type set collection. I had set a budget at a certain grade level, then came across this coin which was slabbed a grade higher than my target. That raises the price considerably. In addition to that, the seller is asking for a PQ price that is about 20% above the typical price for the grade. So it would be a stretch for me.

When I saw the thumbnail, my jaw dropped because the scan looked proof-like with cameo features. The larger scan revealed fields with luster, which cooled my jets a bit. The obverse strike looks great; reverse less so.

What would you grade this coin? It is slabbed by NGC. After we get consensus on the grade, I'll post the slabbed grade and get thoughts on if it is worth the asking price.
