Weighting of Complete Type Set

When will this set ever be weighted?

Also why did PCGS bother to weight the $4 gold set?!! No one registered and am willing to bet will never be completed!

I don't know for sure but I would assume after all the series have been weighted. Then any coin you enter will already have a weight and will be added. Unless they're not doing it that way?
