Did PSA start grading these again? I've been noticing a lot of these on Ebay recently and there are currently 38 up for auction right now.

Any high grade OPC Jim Palmer
High grade Redskins (pre 1980)

    A single person is responsible for the latest gradings of this issue. It is not the seller of the cards listed on Ebay, though. PSA had not graded these cards for a long time -- though I am currently unsure of whether or not they will continue to grade these cards (PSA would have to answer that). I believe that the submitter spoke to a few of PSA's technicians -- and clarified that the card thickness was identical, or nearly identical, to the 1971 Topps Supers issue.
    I am actively buying MIKE SCHMIDT gem mint baseball cards. Also looking for any 19th century cabinets of Philadephia Nationals. Please PM with additional details.
