Grading experiment from across the street

Since consistency is one of my hot buttons these days, after several disappointing results from PCGS ( I still have a couple more in the queue), I thought I would send some coins to NGC and see how they graded compared to MY grading and expectations.
First I took 3 1986 Silver Eagles out of an unopened Mint tube that I have had for some time. I thought 1 had a chance at 70, and the other 2 at 69 or so. Here are the results:
001 1986 EAGLE S$1 MS 70
002 1986 EAGLE S$1 MS 68
003 1986 EAGLE S$1 MS 69
When I submitted the the batch of Ike dollars here, all of which came back as 64s....grrrrrrr...I took the 2 that I thought should be nice lower end 65s and sent them into NGC. These coins were not as nice as the ones sent to PCGS, but still very gemmy. Here are the results of those 2 coins:
004 1971 $1 MS 65
005 1971 $1 MS 64
Certainly not scientific, but interesting, wouldn't you say????
