Hi Mike, it's easy to post a picture here once your picture is up-loaded to the internet. Just copy the address of your picture then click on the little box with the scenery on it above where you post your message and paste it in the pop window that appears and your done. Use the box next to it (http) to post a link to a picture. If you need help up-loading a picture to the internet I can help if you have aol otherwise maybe someone else can help. mike
Outhaul, the most common mistake I have seen is trying to up-load a picture directly from your computer. You must first up-load the picture to the internet then when your pic has an address you can put the picture here. mike
The problem is Geocities does not allow remote linking of pictures unless you have a paid account. If you have a free geocities account then you cannot link pictures to sites outside of geocities.
no problem Bob I am glad to help but RotatedRainbows has this one figured out. I think almost all Internet service providers give free web space that you will be able to post a picture through. I have aol and I can store unlimlited pictures in my free web space. mike
Just go to your profile and enclose the url of the picture in between these tags (remove the stars) [*img] http://www.boomspeed.com/outhaul/banana.gif[*/img] in the box. I did it and you can see it works
