I was thinking of picking up Cline's book on SLQ's....

Any comments? Good or bad. Is the 3rd edition the latest version? Thanks! image

*Oh yeah, what's the going rate for this book?

  • I bought the book at the Long Beach show and Mr Cline signed it. The book itself is a must have if you collect SLQ's in my opinion.I payed around $35.00 for it.

A very good book. I'm pretty sure the 3rd edition is the most current.

New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.

I bought it and used it on day one to sort out some variety issues. You will like it!

  • A must for any standing liberty quarter collector. In addition to
his $35 book I also have his special blue leather bound
collector's edition signed by him with his special handwritten
personal messages to me on the inside cover and notations done in
caligraphy as well. He had 100 numbered special editions made.
He may still have one or two left. Did you know these existed?

In fact I still have his original first edition in paper back.
