Anyone know what the ERROR is on 2002 UD Vintage HR LEADERS CARD?

Why is this error card valued at $15 and the regular valued at $1???

How do i know that I may have it??? THANKS!

The lettering is missing. I think their names are missing on the front. It happened in
all the early boxes.
