see if your e-mail has a junk mail filter...some you can use "key words" that will automatically block any e-mail with the key word unless it's in the body of the message

works well for those unwanted porn e-mails

Hotmail has the same thing and the junk mail filter...yahoo probably has some sort of filter feature also
