How do you tell the difference of a 1966 Kennedy from a 1966 SMS Kennedy?

There's no way to tell with certainty, but generally the difference is obvious.
I've never seen an SMS coin from a worn die. It's highly unlikely any of the
worn SMS dies which were used for circulation issues would have any cameo
at all.
