I tried to look up shipping it from my town to one 3 miles away... "weight cannot exceed 70 pounds." You're gonna have to rent a truck for this load...
Or do it in 70lb increments at $39+ each box, priority.
the only way to go is show up with a uhaul and lug those 50 bags of pennies home with you... charge excess postage to your ebay customers to recover the cost of the uhaul... showing up in person would also give one a chance to conduct a scientific statistical survey of the wheats... do the survey first...then rent the uhaul if the results of the survey are satisfactory...load the coins (after paying for them,of course)...and dream of all the money your going to make from your ebay customers while driving home...

Sending a group like that through the USPS would be nurderous to the wallet regardless of method. For freight like that, a person needs to call a freight company that hauls large loads to palletize the load and drive it. It would cost around $150 to have them freighted, not including crating.
Doesn't matter much anyway, if the lot goes for anywhere close to $4000 (much less $8000) it's being overpaid for anyway.

My thought exactly, 1800 pounds via U.S. registered mail! OUCH! That has to cost way more than these will go for.
