Anyway yes if it were certified it would be better for both the seller and buyer.
If this coin is truly uncirculated it should be presented properly for maximum sale attraction and profit.
Stapled in a 2X2 does not help sell this coin and it leaves doubts of it being genuine coin to start with.

There are several other threads about "mis-represented" auctions and what the buyer thought he was getting. Why have the hassle of a returning a high ticket item or possibly getting burned on an item? eBay and the like are great for low to mid-value items and some slabbed coins but for God's sake keep it in your pants (the wallet, that is) and buy those expensive items in person.
