More Depressing Submission Results

The commems were the "money makers" and this is second submission were they intentionally graded those lower than the other coins from SAME set. So it's another looser submission and a complete waste of my money.

I wish you better luck with ANACS than I had! Every modern I sent in came back either MS66 or PR66. It must have been a 66 day when they graded my coins.
