I don't see anything outstanding about it that will make it upgrade. The hits on the face precludes that and the services are tough on 7/8. You're right about not seeing them toned very often. I've only seen several on eBay lately and they were splotchy & ugly. That's a cool model anyway. I can't tell about the colors from the scan maybe you can give us a description.
Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

What are these things commanding these days price wise in a graded 64 condition?

believe it or not a lot of those marks are on the holder. The cheek is pretty clean

With that kind of toning its what ever the market will bare. A non toned 7/8 in 64 would bring $250 to $300. or more for a PQ piece
