    I pity the seller of this coin. He has a counter on the web page so he can tell how many people have looked at the coin. His counter will show a ton of hits. The seller likely will be licking his chops, thinking of the many bidders and last minute snipers that will bid on his coin. And most of the hits will be us, taking a look at the PCGS holder, not the coin. Poor seller.....

    That's what Conder101 has cataloged as the PCGS 3 from 1989. It is a damaged slab because it is missing it's 2 outer frames.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    Interesting, I hadn't seen that style before. I don't think its wayyyy undergraded, either.
